We collect only what is necessary to provide you with a BC Nation Fitness membership. Nothing more.
When you register on the Platform, we collect only the following personal information:

Email address - to send you account confirmations, subscription updates, and newsletters about BC Nation Fitness content and offerings.
We do not collect unnecessary personal data. Payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment provider and is never stored by us directly.

BC Nation Fitness is operated by Fit Society (Pty) Ltd. When you make a payment to subscribe to the Platform, you may notice that your payment is processed under the name "Fit Society" or "Fit Society (Pty) Ltd" on your bank statement or payment screen.
This is entirely normal - Fit Society (Pty) Ltd is the registered legal entity that operates BC Nation Fitness, and all payments are made securely to this entity.
No unrelated third party is involved in receiving your payment or accessing your information.
DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we are committed to handling your data with care and responsibility.
